Örn Gunnarsson, founder of H5B, has decades of experience in both Icelandic and international business.

He spent approximately ten years in corporate advisory roles with Íslandsbanki and Saga Capital, as well as two years in a senior position within an Icelandic technology company. For the past 15 years, he has served as Managing Director of the law firm LEX.

In his work as both a lawyer and financial advisor, Örn has been involved in many of the largest corporate transactions in Iceland. He has also advised numerous Icelandic clients on cross-border transactions, particularly in connection with the acquisition and sale of companies abroad.

In addition, Örn has extensive experience in providing legal advice to companies of all sizes across a broad range of legal matters arising in their day-to-day operations.
